Sales Manager - MICE - Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort
This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with Bangkok-based corporate, government, and MICE accounts to drive revenue for Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. The Sales Manager will develop market-aligned strategies, coordinate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams, and lead client meetings and site inspections to secure new business.

**What You'll Be Responsible For**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Bangkok-based Corporate, Government, MICE, and DMC accounts while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends, staying close to the Thailand market and sharing relevant market intelligence with the Director of Sales and team.
- Conduct sales activities including client meetings, site inspections, networking, and industry events to build long-term partnerships and manage the sales process from prospecting through conversion.
- Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to maximize business opportunities and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications**
- Strong background and proven experience in the Thailand market, particularly with Bangkok-based Corporate, Government, and MICE accounts
- Minimum 2–3 years of hotel Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in a Sales Executive or Sales Manager role
- Based in Bangkok with established relationships with key MICE players, companies, agencies, and DMCs
- Fluent in English and Thai (mandatory)
- Demonstrated expertise in hotel sales, account management, market segmentation, and business development
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, commercially minded, target-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Third language proficiency (Indian language or Mandarin)
- Knowledge of hotel systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM/sales tools
