About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business dashboards and reports using Power BI. The successful candidate will join an Agile squad and play a key role in transforming business requirements into data-driven reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organization.

The professional will work closely with business stakeholders, taking ownership of assigned user stories, building reports and dashboards, validating data quality, and supporting end users during the final validation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements from assigned user stories.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Create and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations.
  • Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure reporting requirements are met.
  • Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final data validation activities.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Document reporting solutions, business rules, and technical developments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Experience building enterprise-level dashboards and reports.
  • Strong data analysis and data validation skills.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Intermediate knowledge of PL/SQL.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • Experience interacting with business stakeholders and supporting final report validation.
