Join the Center for Procurement Acceleration as a Supplier Fulfillment & Risk Analyst Team Lead, a professional supervisory role responsible for leading supplier fulfillment and supply risk activities that support continuity of supply across Procurement, Planning, and Operations.

In this position, you will coordinate and guide a team of analysts, establish priorities, monitor execution, and provide direction on supplier follow-up, material shortage risks, and critical escalations. You will combine procurement experience, supplier engagement, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership to improve visibility, accountability, and timely resolution of supply constraints.

The role serves as an operational link between the analyst team, suppliers, buyers, planners, plant stakeholders, and procurement leadership. It requires sound judgment, the ability to translate data into clear actions, and the confidence to lead issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervision, work direction, and prioritization for a team of Supplier Fulfillment & Risk Analysts.
  • Assign and balance activities based on material criticality, supplier risk, plant needs, and business priorities.
  • Lead regular team reviews to track open actions, supplier commitments, shortages, escalation status, and execution results.
  • Coach team members on procurement processes, supplier communication, analytical methods, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Review the quality and consistency of team outputs, including supplier commitment data, shortage tracking, reports, and escalation summaries.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for complex supplier fulfillment issues and support timely alignment with procurement and operational leadership.
  • Promote ownership, disciplined follow-up, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

Team Leadership

  • Coordinate daily activities and priorities for a team of Supplier Fulfillment & Risk Analysts.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Review work quality and help resolve complex supplier and material availability issues.
  • Drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Planning, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including supplier-facing experience.
  • Experience working with supplier performance, purchase orders, material shortages, inventory, forecasts, and supply planning concepts.
  • Proven ability to coordinate priorities and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
