Generative AI MS Copilot Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Microsoft Copilot Developer to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Copilot solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure services. This role is suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in AI-powered business applications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing Microsoft Copilot extensions and customizations.
• Create and maintain prompts, plugins, and integrations for Microsoft Copilot.
• Develop business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Integrate Microsoft Copilot with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word.
• Support the creation of AI-powered workflows and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Copilot applications.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides.
• Stay current with Microsoft AI, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio advancements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of:
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Power Platform
  • REST APIs
  • JSON and data integration concepts
• Knowledge of at least one programming language:
  • C#
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Python
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Power Virtual Agents
  • Azure OpenAI Services
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Azure Functions
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Git/GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
