Candidate Profile
Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive with 2+ years of experience in data management, data entry, and record maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and software systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer, financial, and operational information.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation as required.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and update information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data management procedures.
- Handle routine administrative and clerical tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- B.Com degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Entry, Back Office Operations, or Administrative Support.
- Experience working with financial records and reports is an added advantage.
