Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the area of PowerBi Analytics
• Create data models, advanced DAX calculations, and custom measures to support business analytics needs
• Create ETL flows, SSIS packages, Azure Data Pipelines, to perform extract transform and load functionality
• Innovate and be creative in your data analysis, problem solving and presentation of solutions
• Stay up to date with Power BI features and best practices.
• Handle outages or issues raised on Service now in the form of tickets / incidents
• Take additional responsibilities as & when required
• Help train new hires on all processes & skillsets required
• Coach, motivate and guide the junior team members

Qualifications

• At least 4-7 years’ experience in data analytics along with UG / PG degree
• Good understanding of PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud Solutions (Azure) + Python.
• Experience in supporting Analytic solution roll outs and working across different time zones.
• Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.
• Working with clients or customers internal or external.
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization.
• Willingness to accommodate work schedules that align with onsite hours
• Upskill on new technologies to implement on the job / new business requirement
