Job Summary

This role is responsible for eBao life insurance core system architecture analysis, requirements translation, and system design documentation, supporting the transition of eBao system ownership to the Taiwan IT team. The role acts as a bridge between business users and the development/SA team, ensuring new requirements are properly scoped, analyzed, and delivered with stable quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

1.Perform eBao core system architecture and design analysis to support the in-house transition of system management to the Taiwan team.

2.Collaborate with business users to clarify requirements, business processes, and the scope of each change request.

Translate business requirements into system design documents, architecture documents, and related analysis materials.

3.Communicate system change directions to SA/PG team members and support development and design coordination.

4.Support BAU operations and requirement analysis to ensure system changes are delivered on schedule with appropriate quality.

5.Participate in claims, premium collection, and finance-related eBao requirement analysis and production issue handling.

Key Competencies

• Life insurance core system knowledge (eBao platform preferred)
• Java application development and code analysis
• Oracle Database PL/SQL design and development
• System architecture analysis and documentation
• Requirements elicitation and business process analysis
• Cross-functional communication with business users and technical teams
• Source control management using Git/GitHub
• Problem structuring and technical writing in Chinese

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in software development or systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with life insurance core systems (eBao preferred)
• Proficiency in Java programming and Oracle PL/SQL
• Chinese language proficiency required (system interfaces and documentation are primarily in Chinese)
