THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our data team. This role will be responsible for developing our new streaming data architecture and Data Warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain Matific’s data pipelines.
- Develop Data Warehouse in AWS Redshift.
- Maintain code repositories in Github.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting production ETL, ELT pipelines.
- Optimization of queries in Postgres (RDS), Redshift.
Requirements
- AI first mindset and skilled in using AI for coding.
- 5+ years of experience as a DBA/Data Engineer working on Cloud technologies.
- Working knowledge of Redshift, any other columnar Database would be an added benefit.
- Good knowledge in AWS technologies and services.
- Very good SQL skills.
- Skilled in Python.
- Familiarity with Linux.
- Apache Kafka,Apache Airflow knowledge preferred.
- Very good Analytical mindset.
