You will be responsible for analyzing, and interpreting different datasets to provide actionable insights that inform various departments across the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and address data-related challenges.
- Prioritize business requirements within and across projects based on business impact.
- Understand business needs to gather, analyze, interpret, and communicate data that informs stakeholders at all levels to make data-informed decisions.
- Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business and presenting the story of the data in an easily accessible manner.
- Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management making judgements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
- Perform advanced data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced SQL knowledge/experience - complex queries and query optimization.
- Experienced with data visualization tools such as: Tableau, Looker or PowerBI.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with data warehouse development and data modeling.
- Highly detailed oriented, must display passion for analytics and data visualization.
- Data manipulation skills and experience in identifying numerical trends.
- Self driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious and creative.
