The Senior Data Analyst will lead the development of analytical frameworks and build intuitive dashboards to generate operational insights for driver operations across markets. As a Senior Data Analyst at Lalamove, you will be shaping the future of Lalamove operations through data-driven insights. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable learnings to empower Operations teams in making informed business decisions across markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and impacting business performance.
What you will do:
Develop and apply analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems
Partner with stakeholders across the company to influence business objectives and goals
Build intuitive and impactful dashboards to allow stakeholders to make data-informed decisions
Synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and effectively communicate them to different audiences
Lead data-driven learning process of effective pre-launch impact measurement planning and post-implementation data review
What you'll need:
At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
Strong proficiency in SQL, with good understanding of data warehousing concepts
Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses
Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision making
Good command of English (both written and oral)
