About this role
Join our client’s AI enablement programme to design and implement AI agents, prompt-based solutions, and automated workflows. The initial use cases will focus on customer-service and payment-related processes. We are looking for a consultant who combines strong Data Science expertise with practical AI engineering and production implementation skills.
Main tasks:
- Design and develop AI-agent and workflow-based solutions.
- Develop and optimise prompts and orchestration logic.
- Work with Azure Databricks as the primary data and AI environment.
- Support customer-service and payment-related AI use cases.
- Evaluate solution quality, reliability, and business suitability.
- Cooperate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support implementation, testing, and production readiness.
Qualifications
Must have requirements:
- Senior-level Data Science or AI Engineering experience.
- Strong Python skills.
- Practical Azure Databricks experience.
- Experience developing GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
- Experience with agents, prompts, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to translate business use cases into working technical solutions.
- German, English, and Polish language skills.
Nice to have requirements:
- Customer-service automation experience.
- Payments or financial-services experience.
- Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in production.
- Knowledge of evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance.
