- Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of advanced AI, machine learning, optimization, and analytics solutions for strategic business challenges.
- Act as the organization's AI and Data Science subject matter expert, driving adoption of best-in-class methodologies and emerging technologies.
- Define and maintain standards for experimentation, model validation, MLOps, monitoring, explainability, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop AI-driven use cases, influence product strategy, and guide architecture decisions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering multiple production-grade AI/ML solutions from concept through operations.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, MLOps, cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development practices.
- Experience across the full AI solution lifecycle, including PoC, MVP, industrialization, deployment, and support.
- Demonstrated technical leadership with a successful track record of mentoring and developing technical talent.
- Relevant industry experience and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
