Responsibilities

Health and Safety:

• Having the authority and responsibility to maintain a safe and efficient working environment

• Following Company health and safety standards and reporting any unsafe acts or conditions

Operations Management:

• Maintain, review and monitor master data items to ensure data accuracy

• Receive inventory item master creation and change requests from regions

• Validate data for completeness, adherence to standards and for ensuring no duplicates

• Assist with designation of categories and other item attributes

• Liaise with various regions and departments to troubleshoot any issues with inventory item requests

• Load inventory item data into Oracle Fusion

• Set-up inventory items in JD Edwards

• Assist with initial assignment to inventory organizations as well as addition to pricing groups and cycle counts

• Ensure item numbers are aligned in multiple systems

• Participate in system roll-outs

• Work with and assist project teams on implementation or upgrades of new and existing supply chain solutions/ modules

• Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for supply chain related solutions/ modules

Global travel as required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management

Qualifications

Education

Required: College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems and 3 years related work experience.

Work Experience:

Required: 3+ years’ relevant experience

Knowledge Required

• In-depth experience supporting supply chain module/ solution

• Prior application experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and JD Edwards is beneficial

• Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow charts

• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies and solutions

• Fluent English language skills.
