What You'll Do

Advanced Analytics & Business Insights

• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks across business operations.
• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytical frameworks and recommendations.
• Deliver executive-level insights through compelling storytelling, visualizations, and presentations.

Data Science & Machine Learning

• Design, build, and deploy predictive models, including forecasting, classification, clustering, and recommendation models.
• Apply statistical methods to identify business drivers and improve performance outcomes.
• Evaluate model effectiveness and continuously refine solutions to maximize accuracy and business value.
• Leverage Python, SQL, and modern analytics tools to support scalable data science initiatives.

AI, Text Analytics & Automation

• Analyze unstructured data sources such as customer interactions, transcripts, feedback, and operational documentation.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI-based methodologies to identify sentiment, themes, behaviors, and emerging trends.
• Support the development of intelligent analytics solutions that enhance operational performance and customer experience.

Business Consulting & Stakeholder Management

• Partner directly with business leaders to define requirements, align priorities, and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders convert insights into measurable business actions.
• Lead analytical discussions and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

Modern Data Platforms & Reporting

• Work with large-scale data environments, cloud-based analytics platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Support analytics modernization efforts by translating legacy reporting logic into scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python for data analysis and model development.
• Experience building predictive and statistical models, including forecasting, regression, classification, and segmentation.
• Solid understanding of data visualization and business intelligence concepts.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using Git or similar version control tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Spark SQL, PySpark, or large-scale data processing frameworks.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), text analytics, or AI-driven modeling.
• Familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks and model deployment practices.
• Exposure to optimization modeling, resource planning, workforce optimization, or operational analytics.
• Experience supporting high-volume customer-facing, sales, service, or operations environments.
