💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and creative Corporate Communications Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in communications, content creation, and project management. As an Intern, Sales Excellence Data Analyst you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.
🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
- Assist in preparation and processing of sales quotations to support business objectives and achieve KPI targets.
- Support contract preparation by ensuring the accurate application of key customer contractual requirements via automation.
- Provide support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and systems.
- Assist the Sales team with ongoing analytical, administrative, and operational activities.
- Manage sales reports, dashboards, and processes to enhance data accessibility, reporting efficiency, and business insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development initiatives when required.
- Support ad hoc sales, analytics, and marketing projects and activities as assigned.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to details and follow-through are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Structured and analytical thinking, able to deep-dive into problems & present possible solutions
- Basic knowledge of data analytics processes – data engineering, modelling or visualization
- Basic experience in analytics tech stacks – statistical programming languages like R or Python; visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Fluent in English and able to work in a multinational environment
