This role bridges industrial engineering and advanced analytics to optimize manufacturing systems through simulation, cost modeling, and AI-driven process improvements. The candidate will lead end-to-end analytical solutions for capacity planning, labor efficiency, and financial decision-making in a factory environment.

Must-Have Skills:
Capacity modeling (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis)
Labor and cost modeling (COGS, LOH, ROI/NPV/IRR)
Manufacturing analytics & process optimization
Simulation tools (FlexSim / AnyLogic / Simio)
Data analytics: Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
PFEP and material flow modeling
Scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and forecasting
AI/ML-based analytics (preferred)
Must-Have Experience:
7+ years in industrial engineering analytics/ manufacturing modeling
Experience building end-to-end IE models (capacity + labor + cost)
Strong exposure to factory operations, throughput optimization, and cost analysis
Experience with business case development and financial modeling
Hands-on work integrating shop-floor data, MES, and analytics systems
