[EAF] Senior AI Engineer

The Senior Engineer - AI is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to address business and technical requirements across product portfolios. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and preparing AI solutions for deployment into engineering applications.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions based on project requirements as per communication and alignment with customer or customer interface.
• Process and analyze large-scale datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training.
• Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms.
• Apply statistical analysis and data validation techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of training data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, sharing technical insights, and contributing to solution design to drive continuous improvement and innovation within own domain.
• Perform model evaluation, validation, and tuning to optimize performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance on machine learning concepts, coding practices, and data analysis techniques.
• Utilize modern machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch for model development and experimentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proven experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python.
• Experience working with large datasets and production AI systems.
• Ability to implement solutions from scratch and build products across the full product lifecycle based on the following requirements:
  • Generative AI & LLM Engineering: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DB
  • AI Agents & Intelligent Systems: AI Agents/Frameworks, NLP, Model Based Development
  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Machine Learning, Neural Network Architectures, PyTorch, OpenCV / Image Processing
  • MLOps & Model Lifecycle: MLOps / ML Lifecycle Management, Model Validation & Evaluation, Data Annotation Basics
  • AI Software & Data Engineering: Python, Data Modelling & Design
• Proficient in English Communication.
• Proficient in Office Applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PPT).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus
