About this role

Build and scale production-grade AI applications and agentic systems.
Design agentic workflows, including orchestration, tool use, memory, RAG, evaluation, and observability.
Write high-quality production code and contribute across backend and frontend when needed.
Define technical direction, architecture, and engineering best practices.
Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.

Qualifications

8+ years of backend experience, 4+ years of frontend experience, and 2+ years working with LLMs and agentic systems.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools.
Strong experience with distributed systems, automated testing, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud.
Ability to make architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.
Experience with C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, and legacy codebases is a plus.
