As a Smart Manufacturing F10 DS Director at Micron Technology, Inc., you will report to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. The team defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business. The team will look into applying industry-leading the best methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Be the key counterpart for F10 leadership and user community – driving both adoption of new solutions & identifying key requirements and needs of the site
  • Lead and review site and network requirement analysis and prioritization based on business needs and requirements for applications and solutions
  • Create a balanced DS engagement that ensures the right tradeoff between local support and network BKM fanout
  • Conduct regular sync up with key partners to share ideas and findings
  • Assess solutions capability within and outside of the company and influence new solution to be brought into the company
  • Work closely with multiple projects team to understand the status and help needed from cross functional team
  • Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Manage competing resources and priorities

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business / Engineering / Computer Science or related field
  • Proven multi-year experience in leading Data Science and/ or FE/ TD teams, ideally with strong exposure to managing different functions/ pillars & ensuring delivery of solutions across a wide array of technologies and applications
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent documentation & communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects and transformation
