Mission of a Demand Fulfillment Analyst is to guarantee best Customer Service Level by coordinating local Service Management by proposing local actions to avoid out of stock and obsolete risks.

The Demand Fulfillment Analyst is an important gatekeeper of the product availability in order to deliver an optimal Service Level by:

  • Analyzing on a daily basis the availability of all references, minimizing risks, based on the production plan input provided by the Supply hub

  • Close collaboration with customer service, sales, planning HUB, copacking and log ops

  • Supporting E2E projects (launch, delist, switch, copacking, system changes etc…) and participate to working groups, in order to guarantee a perfect and smooth execution and maximize service level.

  • Obsolete management of finished products. Work together with the commercial stakeholders in order to manage the process of scrapping / write off and/or broker sales

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Guarantee best CS&L KPI’s on Service level, obsoletes and waste

  • Control stock levels on daily basis, minimizing risks, collaborating closely with sales, customer service, demand planning, logistic operations and co-pack

  • Coordinate and advise the Hub on priority in the production planning process to ensure a perfect flow of goods to the business unit based on local know-how.

  • Balance stock within Benelux; create STO (Stock transfer orders) based on needs and HUB input on production outcome.

  • Initiate fallback plans and coordinate with different stakeholders in order to protect Service Level

  • Support smooth introduction of innovations and packaging switches. Participate in working groups

  • Manage and follow up on obsoletes of finished products. Work together with the commercial stakeholders in order to manage the process of scrapping/write off and/or broker sales

What you will bring

  • You have a bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of supply planning processes and the retail landscape in Belgium (FMCG sector is a plus)

  • High service oriented, pro-active, result driven

  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills

  • Data analysis and reporting skills

  • Problem solver, decision taker, team player

  • System know-how: SAP, MS Office, SAP BI are a plus

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Strong analytical mindset – approximately 80% of the role involves data analysis, forecasting and generating insights

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and effectively share them with stakeholders

  • Comfortable with frequent short-term changes and able to adapt quickly

Travel requirements:

Limited travel, estimated at less than 10% of overall working time annually.
