- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data orchestration tools to automate workflows.
- Ability to optimize data processing for performance and cost efficiency.
- Understanding of data quality frameworks and best practices for data governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
