We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with expertise in Neo4j, Graph RAG, and Data Governance to support the design, analysis, and optimization of enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights while contributing to the development of graph-based data models and governance frameworks that improve data accessibility, quality, and decision-making.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to understand business requirements, manage data assets, and build scalable graph-based data solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data, maintaining data integrity, implementing governance best practices, and enabling advanced analytics using graph databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and validate large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain graph-based data models using Neo4j to represent complex relationships across enterprise data.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Graph RAG solutions for intelligent data retrieval and contextual search capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather data requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of data governance, including data quality, metadata management, lineage, consistency, and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure reliable and accurate datasets.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and recommend improvements to enhance data reliability and usability.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, graph structures, and query performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data models, governance standards, business definitions, and analytical processes.
  • Support enterprise initiatives involving knowledge graphs, semantic search, and AI-driven data discovery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices related to graph databases, data governance, and advanced analytics.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Data Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j and graph database concepts, including graph modeling and Cypher queries.
  • Good understanding of Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, semantic search, and AI-powered data retrieval techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of Data Governance principles, including data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, ETL processes, and modern data architectures is an advantage.
  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, or enterprise analytics ecosystems is a plus.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to innovative, data-driven business initiatives in a collaborative environment.
