Data Analyst
This role demands deep SAS expertise and hands-on database management to validate, analyze, and optimize mortgage servicing data, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements for portfolio analytics. The position will support Servicing Portfolio Analytics
•This will require a lot of data validation work, comparing files, tracking changes and etc.
•5-7 year experience in SAS – Looking for a candidate very experienced with SAS.
•Candidate should be able to use SAS to query database and import different type of files.
•Must be very detail oriented.
•Must be a fast learner.
•Needs to be able to see the weakness in process and take initiative to propose changes to the management, once current processes are understood.
Qualifications
My notes: must have SAS exp, SAS to create databases, strong SQL, Datawarehousing, knowledge of Sybase or Oracle or UDB databases.
Experience in Data Analytix
Prior mortgage industry exp is helpful.
