Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Data Analyst(Marketing Analytics) to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:
- Conduct campaign analysis with clear drivers, insights, and action
- Perform analyses for campaigns, channels, and markets
- Analyze CRM and INSIDER performance, including activation, retention, frequency, and customer value
- Identify customer segments, audience, and store-cluster performance patterns
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key KPIs, including customer retention, campaign performance, and store-cluster insights
- Translate analysis results into concise, decision-ready summaries for leadership
what we are looking for:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification
- Experience analyzing campaign and channel performance
- Strong SQL skills (preferably Google BigQuery) and experience with dashboard tools like Looker
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical colleagues
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of retail/e-commerce metrics and KPIs, such as AOV, conversion rate, retention, RFM, and CLV
