Job Responsibilities
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support business decisions
Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to solve data-driven problems
Define and track key performance metrics and operational KPIs
Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Job Skills/Requirements
4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, strategy, or related roles
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools
Knowledge of statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing and trend analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Pay Range
Pay Range: $55–$60/hour
