About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our Innovation & Technology team and play a key role in designing and deploying AI solutions across the business.

The role combines hands-on AI engineering with close collaboration with internal teams, with the aim of embedding practical, high-impact AI capabilities into how KAFKAS works.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy AI agents and assistants using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry
Connect AI solutions with the enterprise data warehouse and third-party systems through APIs and data pipelines
Evaluate and implement LLM-based tools with compliance requirements in mind, including GDPR and the EU AI Act
Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI use cases identified through the AI Ambassadors program
Collaborate closely with Power Platform developers, Enterprise Architecture and business teams to ensure end-to-end, production-ready solutions
Monitor model performance, run evaluations and continuously optimize AI solutions
Contribute to clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing with non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering or another related technical field
At least 1 year of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with a focus on AI applications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or an equivalent Azure AI/ML ecosystem
Experience with LLM APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering
Good knowledge of Python and REST APIs
Understanding of data pipelines and integration with third-party systems
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
