Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Generative AI, and enterprise application development. The role focuses on designing, building, deploying, and governing enterprise-grade AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions leveraging the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement enterprise Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services.

· Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows integrating enterprise systems, APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and cloud platforms.

· Develop AI copilots and custom agents with tool calling, workflow orchestration, and business process automation capabilities.

· Implement Generative AI use cases including conversational AI, document intelligence, knowledge assistants, and workflow automation.

· Build RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources and vector search technologies.

· Apply DevOps practices using Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, and release automation.

· Ensure governance, security, compliance, observability, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

· Strong experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

· Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Agentic AI development.

· Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services and Microsoft AI ecosystem.

· Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Function Calling, MCP, and AI Agent orchestration.

· Experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

· Experience integrating REST APIs, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise platforms.

· Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

· Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source foundation models.

· Experience building multi-agent systems and enterprise AI governance frameworks.

· Microsoft certifications in Azure AI Engineer, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
